At Serebu Trading LLC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Home Decor, Storage & Organization, and Bed & Bath products. We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected. Since our establishment in May 2024, our priority has been your complete satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our comprehensive return and refund guidelines below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, instructions, and accessories included.
• For Bed & Bath products (such as towels, linens, and bedding), items must remain unwashed and strictly unused due to health and hygiene standards.
• A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned to Serebu Trading LLC:
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@serebutrading.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
2. Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Item: Mail your return to our official processing facility at the address below:

5. Return Shipping Costs
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Serebu Trading LLC will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
• Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our Fullerton facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. First, check your bank account again.
2. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@serebutrading.com.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, send us an email at info@serebutrading.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.
