Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Serebu Trading LLC. We are proud to have been serving homes across the United States with premium Home Decor, Storage & Organization, and Bed & Bath solutions since May 2024.

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

At this time, Serebu Trading LLC ships strictly to addresses within the 50 states of the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Please note that during high-volume periods or national holidays, processing times may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery options tailored to your needs.

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or carrier-specific disruptions. Serebu Trading LLC is not responsible for these unforeseen carrier delays.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Serebu Trading LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that certain oversized Home Decor or Storage items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. In such cases, a physical address will be required at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor the progress of your delivery directly through our "Track Your Order" page or via the carrier’s website.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

• Please check with neighbors and look around your property.

• Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages as "Delivered" prematurely.

• If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

7. Damages During Transit

We take great care in packaging our Bed & Bath and Home Decor products. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos of the damage to assist us in filing a claim with the shipment carrier. We will work swiftly to provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.
